The Florida Cancer Data System (FCDS) is seeking feedback from users of the Data Acquisition Manual (DAM) to better understand your experience using the tool and to identify areas for improvement. Your input will help ensure the DAM continues to meet your needs and remains a useful resource as we make revisions to the manual's content and format. We’re also looking to conduct user experience interviews as a part of revising the DAM. If you’re interested in participating in an interview, leave your information at the end of the survey.
