Florida Cancer Registrars Association Annual Conference

Announcement and details on FCRA's upcoming conference for cancer registry professionals.

The Florida Cancer Registrars Association program committee is working diligently to organize the FCRA 48th Annual Educational Conference, and we are excited to share early details so you can make plans to join us.

Save the Date: Wednesday, July 29, 2026 – Thursday, July 30, 2026

This year’s conference will be offered both in person and virtually via Zoom, allowing us to welcome attendees from Florida and beyond.

Location: St. Petersburg College – EpiCenter, Boardrooms 1-451, 1-453, and 1-455, 13805 58th St. North, Clearwater, FL 33760

Hotel Information:

Below is a list of hotels located near the SPC EpiCenter. All hotels offer free parking and are approximately 3–8 minutes from the conference venue.

Please note: Rates listed are average estimates and are subject to change.

While FCRA does not have multiple room blocks available, the Holiday Inn Express Clearwater is working with FCRA to offer a reduced conference rate of approximately $129 per night, with a limited number of rooms blocked.

Reservations must be booked by July 8th, 2026, and no later than 3 pm.

This hotel also offers a FREE shuttle service to and from the conference venue.

Shuttle service must be arranged directly with the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. FCRA will not make transportation arrangements on behalf of attendees.

Speakers, Vendors, and Registration:

The committee is actively securing speakers and vendors for this year’s event. FCRA is working on finalizing electronic registration, which will be available soon.

The Florida Cancer Data System is happy to announce the FCDS 2026 Virtual Annual Conference, scheduled for September 9–10, 2026.

The conference will feature two sessions focused on updates and topics related to cancer data and reporting. Speakers from FCDS and other organizations will provide insights on cancer registry operations and requirements.
