FCDS IDEA Password Reset Emails

FCDS has noticed many people calling when they do not receive the FCDS IDEA password reset emails are those who have HCA or Parallon emails in their FCDS IDEA accounts.

Several people have commented to us that HCA blocks outside emails. If that is the case, FCDS IDEA users have two options:

  • Call Melissa Williams (305-243-2641) or Mark Rudolph (305-243-2626) and use the security question/answer method to reset your password temporarily so you can log in, and then immediately set it to something else in the FCDS IDEA>IDEA User->Account Manager or

  • Change your FCDS IDEA email to something not hcahealthcare.com or Parallon.com. You can use any email you wish in FCDS IDEA.
