FCDS Data Acquisition Manual 2026

The updated FCDS Data Acquisition Manual 2026 includes all FCDS reporting requirements for cases diagnosed on or after January 1, 2026.

To improve usability, several sections of the manual have been reorganized and revised. The update also includes new and revised coding instructions, data item definitions, clarifications, appendices, and reference lists to support the abstraction of 2026 cases. A Summary of Changes is available in the Introduction section of the DAM. FCDS encourages all Registrars and Abstractors to review the entire document carefully.
