NAACCR Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) Exam Preparation and Review Webinar Series for the Fall 2026 ODS Exam

FCDS is excited to announce the NAACCR ODS Exam Preparation and Review Webinar Series, designed for candidates preparing for the Fall 2026 ODS Exam.
Participants registered through FCDS will have full access to both the live sessions and the recordings available the following day for all eight 2-hour webinar sessions, allowing you to view them at your convenience. You will also receive comprehensive access to all course materials, including presentations, handouts, quizzes, practice exercises, and more. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with the course instructors during Q&A sessions. To further enhance your preparation, a mock ODS Exam will be conducted at the end of the webinar series to test your knowledge and skills. The live webinars will take place every Tuesday from 2:30 to 4:30 PM ET. The first webinar is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
FCDS offers the NAACCR ODS Exam Prep and Review Webinar Series at a reduced rate of $68 through a special arrangement with NAACCR for those who pre-register with FCDS, meet the qualifications, and are approved to participate by FCDS and NAACCR.
To qualify, applicants must maintain an active User Role in at least one Florida Facility (HOSPENTRY/HOSPADMIN/FAA), plan to sit for the Fall 2026 ODS exam, and have not taken the course before. Please note: NAACCR and FCDS will screen all applicants to ensure they meet the criteria.
All applicants must first register on the FCDS Pre-Registration website. After your pre-registration with FCDS is accepted, Megsys Herna will send you further instructions to complete full registration with NAACCR and to pay the discounted rate of $68. FCDS will monitor all participants’ attendance if you take the ODS Exam, and whether you pass or fail. Individuals who take this course and then the ODS Exam, which immediately follows the series, but fail the exam, can retake the course in the next cycle at no extra charge.
