The FCDS 2025 Data Quality Indicator Reports are now available in IDEA

The FCDS 2025 Data Quality Indicator Reports (DQIR) for diagnosis years 2019-2023 are now available for review in IDEA under the Quality Control menu for hospital staff with HOSPADMIN or FAA roles.
